We are not responsible if the shipping address provided is not correct; we will not refund you in this situation. Please certify that the information given to us is accurate when checking out points.
To submit a return claim please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and the reason to return. All return details will be provided via email within a maximum of 5 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred on returning items, to be exchanged or refund (money transfer or store credit), are solely at the customer's own expense.
All returns must be directed to Pura active in Australia for processing.
In the event that a discount code has been applied on a full-priced purchase, and you're not happy with your Pura garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms. Please note that this applies to full-priced purchases only, not sale styles.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item needs to be in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition that you received it. And we need you to contact us before 7 days of being received.
Customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs for returning items as well as the shipping costs for the exchange item being sent out. Shipping costs for reshipments may vary from original purchase shipping price.
Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If you are approved, then your exchange will be processed.
If the requested size or model on the site is not available then you will receive a store credit of the amount of the original item.
We do offer return for store credit on all full priced items.
Only full priced items may be exchanged, unfortunately sale items and items deemed as seconds cannot be exchanged.
Refunds will only be offered if your item is deemed faulty.
To exchange your product, you should first find the appropriate shipping address by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you are shipping an item back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
